Vidatronic and IP-Semantics Join Forces in California's Silicon Valley
College Station, TX – September 4, 2019 — Vidatronic, Inc., a leading provider of analog intellectual property (IP) cores for integration into systems on a chip (SoCs), including integrated power management unit (PMU) and CMOS radio-frequency (RF) solutions, partners with IP-Semantics for representation across North America and India. IP-Semantics, based in California’s Silicon Valley, currently offers a variety of IP solutions, including end-to-end RF and high-end SerDes for 5G and Internet of Things (IoT) applications. IP-Semantics has agreed to promote Vidatronic’s analog IP alongside their current IP solutions and design services to customers in the Bay Area and across the globe. Vidatronic’s IP portfolio consists of low dropout (LDO) voltage regulators, DC-DC converters, voltage references, data converters, CMOS RF power amplifiers, LED drivers, and associated support circuitry.
“Vidatronic is owner to a large portfolio of silicon-proven analog and mixed-signal IP in advanced-process CMOS technologies with a focus on consumer, IoT, and enterprise applications, and this portfolio complements nicely the IP we already provide. We are excited to work with Vidatronic to further develop Vidatronic’s presence as an IP provider in both North America and India and look forward to generating revenue growth for the company globally,” said Sam Taheri of IP-Semantics.
“We are delighted that IP-Semantics has agreed to represent us,” said Stephen Nolan, Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Vidatronic. “As Vidatronic continues to grow, we strongly believe in the power of having good representation globally in order to help us reach more customers and continue to solve the increasing demands of SoC design and implementation for our potential clients. IP-Semantics is well-positioned to share the value of our analog experience in advanced process technologies as low as 5 nanometers with their customers.”
